Modelling of Fluid Permeability at the Interface of the Metal-to-Metal Sealing Surface

Our Engineering and Technology team, working with the University of Wroclaw and West Pomeranian University have written a paper published in MDPI to further develop the industries understanding of metal to metal sealing, and further understand the DeltaV-Seal's performance when compared to semi-metallic gaskets.

DeltaV-Seal - Preventing emissions of NOX gas during fertilizer manufacture

The simple replacement for Spiral Wound and Kammprofile gaskets

The DeltaV-Seal gasket replaces spiral wound and Kammprofile gaskets with a metal-to-metal seal without any of the challenges of traditional sealing technologies. As a metal-to-metal seal the leakage rate is extremely low, preventing fugitive emissions and ensuring we all breathe cleaner air.
